Tropical Energy Ice-Pop

Makes 6-8 ice-pops

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

1 cup pineapple juice

1 green apple, peeled and cored

1 rounded teaspoon Lifestream Spirulina Balance

1 large handful baby spinach leaves

Juice and zest of 1 small lime

10  mint leaves

Blend until smooth. Pour into ice-block moulds and freeze overnight.

Strawberry Citrus Ice-Pop

Makes 8-10 ice-pops

1 cup unsweetened coconut cream

1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup hulled strawberries (1/2 cup extra, chopped small)

1/2 cup raspberries

3 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp Lifestream Vitamin C (acerola berries)

Juice of a small lemon

10-12 basil leaves

Blend until smooth. Place a teaspoon of chopped strawberries in the tip of the pop mould. Pour mixture into ice-block moulds and freeze overnight.

Berrynana Ice-Pop

Makes 6-8 ice-pops

1 fresh mango, sliced (or 1 cup frozen or canned mango)

1 ripe banana

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

6 tbsp Greek youghurt

1 tbsp Lifestream Honey & Ginger syrup

2-3 tsp Lifestram Essential Berries

Blend until smooth. Pour into ice-block moulds and freeze overnight.
